UGCJobs.net is a creator job board that curates public job opportunities and allows employers to submit listings for review. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with the site, its data, or other users.
2. Job listings and third-party links
Many listings link to external company or ATS pages. UGCJobs.net does not control those third-party websites and cannot guarantee their accuracy, availability, or hiring decisions. Users apply at their own discretion.
3. Employer submissions
Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of submitted job listings. UGCJobs.net may review, reject, edit for formatting clarity, or remove listings that are misleading, unlawful, low-quality, irrelevant to the board, or otherwise not a fit for the site.
4. Listing review
Paid job posts are subject to review and acceptance. Payment and submission do not guarantee publication if a listing does not fit the purpose or quality standards of the board.
5. Alerts and emails
Users may subscribe to weekly job alerts. Premium daily alerts may be introduced later. By subscribing, you agree to receive transactional and alert-related emails. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in alert emails.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the site’s refund policy. One-time employer posting charges and refund eligibility are described before purchase and in the refund policy.
7. No guarantee of results
UGCJobs.net does not guarantee interviews, hires, applications, traffic, conversion results, or job seeker responses.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, UGCJobs.net will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, third-party job pages, or submitted listings.
