1. Employer posting packages
Employer job posting packages are paid one-time purchases. If a paid listing is not approved for publication, contact support so the payment can be reviewed for a refund.
2. Published listings
Once a paid listing is approved and published, refunds are generally not provided unless required by law or agreed in writing.
